The hotly contested talent competition, Class Act 2012, was held in John the Baptist C.S. on the 27th February, 2012. This year was particularly exciting, with a special guest judge – John Kenny of the “D’Unbelievables”.

Emma O’Donnell, Transition Year, emerged victorious having delighted the student population with her stunning rendition of “Skinny Love”, made famous by Birdy and Ed Sherran. Her performance was captivating, earning huge acclaim from the entire student population and the assembled panel of judges.

She received a prize of €100 and the opportunity to perform live on Live 95FM, where she again wowed the listeners with her amazing talent. This can only be the start of big things in her career. Well done Emma!
