The students and staff of John the Baptist Community School pride themselves on an open and giving attitude towards each other and their fellow man. Charity work is a common feature of life at JTBCS and everyone is encouraged to give generously to the various activities over the course of the year.
The school regularly donates to a number of causes:
- The Fr. Daly Food Appeal
- Daffodil Day
- The Zambia Partnership
