Junk Kouture 2021 was entered by Lisa English and Caoimhe McNamara with a dress Ice Cold . They used an old curtain as the base of the skirt and twisted strips of plastic over a candle to make them into icicles. The top was made from broken pieces of mirror, the shoulder pieces were more icicles stuck onto hair bands and the headpiece was made out of fake flowers on a wire base and cardboard icicles.
