On Friday last the school proudly presented El Gleeson from the Redemptorist Food appeal a cheque for €6445.77!!

Money was kindly donated by students parents and staff and it is sure to go along way towards helping large numbers of local families through the festive season.

Included in the donations was €165 raised by the LCA2 class by selling eggs as part of their mini company.

A huge €555.77 euro was contributed by 1st year student, Alanna Griffin, who with her mother and friend,  busked at a Christmas market and donated all profits!

A word of thanks also to Ms. Geraldine McNulty and the Religion department for co-ordinating the schools appeal and helping it to be so successful!
