Junk Kouture Final

Best of luck to “Eclipse” designed by students Lily Sadlier and Emily Noonan in the Grand Final of Bank of Ireland’s Junk Kouture, an all-Ireland recycled fashion competition. The couture creation is handmade from plastic bags, brake fluid piping and foxes glacier mints along with their wrappers. This design represents how it’s rather easy to shine in the light but to glow in the dark takes courage. Hopefully, as the only entry from both city and county Limerick to reach this stage of the competition, “Eclipse” will shine on stage at the 3arena tonight.
