Timetable for Leaving Certificate Pre-Examinations 

Protocols During the Exams;  

• Students cannot leave the exam hall until the exam is finished  
• Students are encouraged to remain in school for the full day to study for upcoming exams. 
• Students are not permitted to leave school if they have an afternoon exam  
• Full school uniform at all times – including Tie, no hoodies/zip up – Plain dark coat if required 
• Please go to Gym for 8.45am. 

If a student is leaving school after an Examination; 

• An email must be sent to info@johnthebaptistcs.ie before 9am stating the following ; Time of collection, who is collecting – this must be completed for every time they leave early. 
• If you give permission for another adult to collect your child, please inform us of the name in above email. 
• Students are not permitted to travel with other students during Pre-Examinations.  
• The student comes to main reception after the examination 
• The Parent/Guardian or designated person must come to the main entrance of school and press the bell, so that that the student can leave the premise. 
• Students will not be allowed to leave school without a parent, they cannot meet in carpark or up the town.  

If a student is coming into school for an afternoon examination; 

• An email must be sent to info@johnthebaptistcs.ie before 9am stating the following ; Time of arrival to school so that it can marked on vsware
