It was an historic occasion this week when a beautiful piece was added to the Musical Wall Plaques in Room 58, the Music room. It was presented to Ms. McNulty Producer and Orchestra conductor by Mr. G Frawley’s TY stage construction team who designed and completed it. It covers the Covid years of 2021 & 2022 when no musical took place.

The plaque uses several different materials to give it its unique finish. It comprises a jigsaw which can actually be detached. The Corona virus spike shape is depicted, a 2 meter distance sign and a laptop for online learning. The design team cleverly used ‘Covid 19 The Musical’ and ‘Covid 19 The Sequel’ as the titles for the missed years. Well done to all involved!
