This bank holiday Monday will see the first ever John the Baptist Community School Walk taking place. An exciting new venture to get everyone out and active, it will be run in conjunction with the Ballyhoura Walking Festival taking place over the long weekend all around the region. The walk will have a shorter route of 6km and a longer route of 10km, and everyone (even pets) are welcome! Registration will take place in the school from 10:00am, with a special guest and music performances adding to the occasion. It will cost just €5 per person or €10 for a family. Come along and enjoy the day!
