JTBCS – PE Challenge – Week 3

It is Monday so it is time for a new physical activity routine and challenge for the week!

This week we are going to ask you to follow our recommended weekly workout plan using the Sworkit and Strava app’s to assist you while Mr O’Connor has challenged the hurlers and camogie players in the school to a skill challenge!
